[HCM] Nhân Viên/ Chuyên Viên Phân Tích Chiến Lược Thu Hồi Nợ

• Coordinate with other related Department or Vendors to review documents
• Get data and information from relevant departments, from which to make daily/weekly/monthly Collection reports
• Prepare slides/proposals as assigned
• Be responsible for calculating & analyzing commission for Collection staffs & Partners
• Check attendance sheet, order stationary, arrange meeting/appointments, write meeting minute, etc. for the upper management
• Other duties as assigned

Honest, straightforward, and highly Education level or certification

• Have a college diploma or higher degree

Experience & Skill

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Admin or similar position
• Proficient in Excel, knowing SQL or reporting tools is an advantage
• Good communication, quick problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Proactive, dynamic, adaptable and flexible approach according to business needs
• Fluency in written and spoken English
