Job Description

1. Strategy:

  • Proposing improvement measures for collection quality, developing new collection strategies, and restructuring the department.
  • Ensure operating in accordance with the approved regulations, policies & procedure.
  • Regularly review, update, and supplement internal work processes, regulations, instruction, information systems to keep up with actual circumstances.

2. Report

  • Establish a reporting mechanism and periodic analysis to monitor operations, report collection results of each BU and determine periodic incentives.
  • Build a reporting and analysis system to update to BOD ly and contribute to appropriate handling and adjustment of Collection Dept.

3. Cost management

  • Coordinate with functional unit to develop and update a bonus scheme base on collection results for the department, to achieve collection goals with appropriate and effective cost.

4. Others

  • Participate in department projects to improve collection operations efficiency as required.
  • Undertake other tasks assigned by Line manager.

Job Requirement

Education level, certification:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in economics or finance.

Experience, Skill:

  • At least 5 years of related experience in Collection, preferably in financial reporting and analysis or data management.
  • Excellent strategic vision and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent data processing and analysis skills.
  • Good communication skills, ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong and solid working experience in Reporting Platform, Data Warehousing…

  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Honest, straightforward, and highly responsible.
