Job Description

 

1.      Strategy:

·      Proposing improvement measures for collection quality, developingnew collection strategies, and restructuring the department.

·      Ensure operating in accordance with the approved regulations,policies & procedure.

·      Regularly review, update, and supplement internal work processes,regulations, instruction, information systems to keep up with actualcircumstances.

2.      Report

·      Establish a reporting mechanism and periodic analysis to monitoroperations, report collection results of each BU and determine periodicincentives.

·      Build a reporting and analysis system to update to BOD lyand contribute to appropriate handling and adjustment of Collection Dept.

3.      Manage and support the collection operation teams (QC, Training,TA, and Operations).

4.      Others

·      Participate in department projects to improve collectionoperations efficiency as required.

·     Undertakeother tasks assigned by Line manager.

Job Requirement

 

1.     Education level,certification:


a.     Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in economics or finance.a.      

2.     Experience, Skill:

a.     At least 5 years of related experience in Collection, preferably in financial reporting and analysis or data management.

b.     Excellent strategic vision and problem-solving skills.

c.      Excellent data processing and analysis skills.

d.     Good communication skills, ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.

3.     Individual Characteristics:

a.      Ability to work independently and in a team.

b.     Honest, straightforward, and highly responsible.
