Job Description

  • Responsible for overall personnel recruiting and selecting activities to ensure adequate staffing at all levels.
  • Ensure staffing requirements at all levels are met as directed by Collections Department’s short- and long-term plans.
  • Support Line Manager and Head of Collections Department with advice on best practice recruitment and selection.
  • Develop and maintain an effective personnel advertising program for the purpose of maintaining high visibility with potential labor market.
  • Report recruitment progress to managers on a weekly, monthly basis or as requested. Examine headcount plans and recruitment data to identify problems and provide fixes to guarantee and retain skilled human resources.
  • Handle administrative and HR-related tasks such as probationary reviews, contract renewals, promotions, transfers, and resignation processes in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Organize internal gatherings or promotion activities on a monthly or quarterly basis to link collection members and promote teamwork and company culture.
  • Other tasks or projects as assigned by the Line Manager.

Job Requirement

Education level, certification:

  • University Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields

Experience, Skill:

  • At least 5 years of working experience in Mass Recruitment;
  • Candidate with recruitment experience in Collection/ Finance/ Banking is a plus;
  • Good office computer skills, common English;
  • Clear and effective communication and presentation skills;
  • Good networking & interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, Power point)Power BI tools, SQL or Python…

  • Willing to learn, ability to think out of the box and adapt to a fast-paced & flexible environment;
  • High sense of responsibility in confidential matters.
