Data Analyst

• Data Collection and Processing:
  • Collect data from multiple sources (internal systems, databases).
  • Clean, standardize, and transform data for analysis.
  • Collaborate with departments to identify appropriate data processing requirements.
• Data Analysis:
  • Develop analytical reports based on requests from departments such as sales, marketing, finance, operations, human resources, etc.
  • Utilize descriptive statistics, comparative analysis, and advanced analytical techniques (if applicable).
• Visualization and Reporting:
  • Design visual reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, etc.).
  • Update and maintain dashboards in real time or periodically (daily/weekly/monthly).
  • Ensure reports are easy to understand and accessible to end users (non-technical users).
• Supporting Business Decision-Making:
  • Collaborating with departments to develop metrics and monitor system and project performance over time.
  • Providing insights and proposing process improvements based on data analysis.
  • Participating in strategic projects such as cost optimization, revenue growth, and customer experience enhancement.
• Data Quality Control:
  • Verifying the accuracy and completeness of data before analysis.
  • Detecting logical errors in data and collaborating with technical departments for resolution.

• Bachelor‘s Degree/higher/equivalent in Information Technology, MIS, Economics or related fields.
• At least 2-3 years experience in a similar position, especially in report reconciliation and data analysis.
• At least 2 years of working experience with design dashboards, analytics reports for the business team.
• Proficient in SQL for data retrieval and analysis.
• Experience with one of the BI tools such as PowerBI, OBIEE, Cognos,...
• Preferably working in Financial & Banking institution.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good demonstration of communication and presentation skills.
