Job Description

Reporting to: Head of HR

Job Objective:To support the HR department by analyzing and interpreting human resources data, providing insights that drive strategic decisions and enhance overall workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze HR data to uncover trends and insights relevant to workforce performance and employee engagement.
  • Reporting: Develop and maintain regular reports on key HR metrics, including turnover rates, recruitment effectiveness, and employee satisfaction, ensuring timely delivery to stakeholders.
  • Decision Support: Collaborate with the HR team to provide data-driven insights that inform recruitment strategies, training initiatives, and employee development programs.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements based on data findings and propose actionable recommendations to improve HR functions.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand their HR-related needs and align data analysis efforts with organizational goals.

Job Requirement

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 02 -03 years of experience in HR analytics or a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and other data analysis tools; strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex data in a clear and concise manner.
