Job Description

  • Nhận phân công nhiệm vụ, danh sách khách hàng hằng ngày từ Trưởng nhóm.
  • Thực hiện các cuộc gọi thông báo đến khách hàng thông tin trễ hẹn của hợp đồng.
  • Trao đổi, tìm hiểu lý do và thuyết phục khách hàng thanh toán các khoản nợ quá hạn.
  • Hướng dẫn khách hàng cách thức thanh toán.
  • Nhập thông tin về tình trạnh thanh lý khoản vay của khách hàng lên hệ thống Công Ty.
  • Thực hiện báo cáo kết quả làm việc cho Trưởng Nhóm.
  • Nhóm nợ B3-B4

Job Requirement

  • Có ít nhất 6 tháng kinh nghiệm làm việc ở vị trí tương đương.
  • Chưa có kinh nghiệm sẽ được đào tạo;
  • Có kinh nghiệm thu nợ qua điện thoại là một lợi thế;
  • Kỹ năng tin học cơ bản (Word, Excel).
  • Có khả năng giao tiếp tốt, làm việc nhóm hoặc làm việc độc lập;
  • Có khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực cao
