Job Description

  • Hỗ trợ sắp xếp lại hồ sơ của phòng Purchasing, sắp xếp lại file cứng, scan bổ sung file mềm, collect các hợp đồng theo yêu cầu
  • Hỗ trợ tạo và follow các tickets trên hệ thống GW , có thể tham gia vào quá trình mua sắm ( các PR giá trị thấp). 
  • Hỗ trợ việc quản lý tài sản điều chuyển tài sản Non IT (nếu cần)

  • Nữ nhanh nhẹn, cẩn thận, chịu khó
  • Sử dụng tốt tin học văn phòng
