Job Description

Partnership Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners, including automotive dealerships and real estate agencies.
  • Identify and onboard new partners to expand the company's reach and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with partners to create mutually beneficial programs and initiatives.


Business Development:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales volume for Auto Loans and Home Loans.
  • Conduct marketanalysis to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with thesales team to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development strategies.


Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Set and achieve sales targets for Auto Loans and Home Loans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Develop and implement promotional campaigns to drive loan applications and approvals.


Product Development:

  • Collaborate with the product team to ensure the loan products meet market demands and customer needs.
  • Provide feedback from partners and customers to guide product enhancements and new product development.


Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure all partnership and business development activities comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and manage risks associated with partnership and business development initiatives.


Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or sales within the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of increasing sales volume and market share for loan products.
  • Strong understanding of Auto Loan and Home Loan products.
  • Excellent communication,negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Proactive,results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
