Talent Acquisition Officer (Sales) - Nhân Viên Tuyển Dụng

Responsible for full cycle of recruitment process, expanding talent pools and delivering a high standard service that exceeds business needs for Sales division:

• Develop and execute creative sourcing list to identify qualified candidates for a variety of roles across the company.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to hiring managers, providing expert guidance on recruiting best practices.
• Proactively manage the full cycle recruitment process for assigned requisitions, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Utilize Boolean search strings and other advanced sourcing techniques to identify active and passive candidates.
• Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess fit for open positions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and compliance regulations.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to support continuous improvement of the Talent Acquisition function.
• Prepare regular reports on recruiting metrics and progress against goals.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Recruitment in Finance/Banking fields.
• Strong understanding of current recruiting trends and practices.
• Good at communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Open-minded and willing to learn.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS).
