On November 15, 2019, Mirae Asset Finance Company (Vietnam) officially launched an online lending application My Finance to simplify the loan process for customers. From now on, just owning a smartphone in hand, customers will easily access the loan without having to leave home.

Accordingly, when customers need to borrow, they only need to register to open an account with their current phone number and identity card number or citizen identification. After the account has been created, the customer can choose to apply for a loan that suits their needs. After that, staff of Mirae Asset Finance Company (Vietnam) will contact the customer directly to assist customers in making loan applications as soon as possible.

The My Finance app allows users to be proactive in choosing products to suit their needs from cash loans, installment loans, car/ motorbike loans as well as loan insurance, along with other accompanying utilities such as looking up support points. Through this application, users can easily perform steps from registering a loan, constantly updating the status of a registered loan, to checking loan information and payment schedule. In the first phase, My Finance will only support Android users.
