Field Collection Deputy Manager

• Develop plans, orientations, and strategies for field collection and ensure that debt collection activities align with and effectively implement established strategies and plan
• Actively monitor the performance of field collection unit and collaborate with Supervisors and Team Leaders to achieve targets.
• Ensure all customer complaints are promptly managed, resolved, and documented, while maintaining a comprehensive understanding to take timely actions for controlling staff compliance behaviors.
• Ensure the achievement of Collection Department goals, including Collection Rate, Productivity, and Budget Control.
• Plan monthly debt collection tasks and appropriately arrange collectors' work schedules.
• Collaborate with relevant units to develop and refine processes and regulations for debt collection activities, ensuring operational efficiency and fraud prevention in accordance with requirements.
• Allocate personnel in line with the department's strategy, fostering a positive working relationship with collectors and implementing a staff development plans.
• Monitor and prevent fraud by debt collection staff, promptly detect and report or handle (within the scope of authority) any instances of fraud arising from field debt collection staff.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the HOD on the performance of the Field Collection Unit on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis, or as requested.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the HOD.

Education level, certification

• University degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Business or a related field.

Experience, Skill:

• Minimum at 7 years of experience managing tasks related to Debt collection in financial company/bank including at least 3 years of experience in similar position.
• Clearly understand the functions, tasks, and roles of Debt Collection in the Finance Company, with the ability to develop comprehensive consumer credit debt collection criteria.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in office computer applications.
