Public Relations Executive

PR Event Development

• Develop creative concepts and detailed execution plans for PR and Marketing events such as CSR programs, press events, seminars
• Coordinate logistics, set-up, and on-site management to ensure smooth event execution.
• Work closely with vendors for production, Audio visual, design, and merchandise.
• Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.

On-Site PR activities

• Plan and run all events by coordinating with media, vendor during events (check-in, briefing, facilitation).
• Prepare event-specific media kits and backgrounders.
• Capture and organize photos/videos for post-event PR use.
• Create and distribute internal announcements for key campaigns or events.
• Engage through creative communication formats (posters, emails, videos).

Coordination & Reporting

• Work with Design, Digital team to amplify event content across online channels.
• Track and report event performance metrics (attendance, engagement, feedback).
• Support admin tasks of MKT team & other task assigned by manager. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a PR Executive or Event Executive.
• Strong writing and event organization skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexible, quick problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
